Please read our Terms and Conditions before booking. Office opening hours (Local time now: 22:34:07) January to March: Monday to Friday: 9am to 9pm Saturday: 9am to 8pm Sunday: 10am to 8pm April to December: Monday to Saturday: 9am to 8.00pm Sunday: 10am to 6.30pm 1. Compile a short list of suitable properties before telephoning +44 (0)1239 881 397. When you have made your choice phone it through. We will check availability and reserve the property for you for five days until receipt of your booking form and deposit. Please include any extra amounts due with your deposit. 2. If you intend bringing a pet, please check that your selected holiday cottage does allow pets and enclose £15.00 payment per week (for each pet). Please remember to bring bedding for your pet and to be responsible for cleaning up after your pet. 3a. Cots and highchairs are provided at most properties, please check your selected property if you require either. Please note that cot bedding and linen is not provided. 3b. Bed linen is provided at all properties unless stated otherwise. 3c Towels are available in most cottages and may be charged. Check the details of the cottage you are booking.. 4. Should you wish heating to be turned on in the property before your arrival please contact the owner or caretaker directly. 5. On receipt of your booking form, we will send you confirmation of booking and your final account which becomes due two months before your holiday commencement date. 6. On receipt of your final payment, we will forward to you directions on how to reach the property and arrangements for collecting keys, name and address of owner or caretaker. 7. The cottages are mostly booked from Saturday to Saturday and will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival. We ask guests to vacate by 10.30am on the day of departure to allow caretakers ample time to check the cottages. Please try to leave the property in the same clean and tidy condition that you find it. Any damages should be paid for or replaced. 8. During early Spring and late Autumn, some of our larger properties are prepared to offer a discount to smaller families who will only be occupying half or less of the beds. If you require further information ask our staff when checking availability. 9. A Winter break is any 4 nights, subject to availability and a Winter week is any low season week between November and Easter excluding Christmas and New Year. Special requirements. We will be only too pleased to help with any special considerations you are making when choosing your holiday cottage, (there are a selection of cottages with disabled facilities). Please don't hesitate to contact us, as the staff are familiar with all the cottages and can usually fill you in on any extra details you may require. Foreign currency bookings. Payment for foreign currency bookings can only be accepted by Sterling International Money order; or Euro Cheques not exceeding £200 each in value; or Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard. |
