This penthouse offers excellent accommodation over two storeys at the Millennium Quay, Llanelli. The beach and the superb Millennium Coastal Park are within approximately 200 yards.

The Millennium Coastal Park is 10 miles of coastline on the Burry estuary between Burry Port and Llanelli and has views over the bay to the Gower Peninsula. The Coastal Park offers many attractive features including a continuous 11 km traffic-free cycle/footpath, the National Wetlands Centre for Wales, and a popular Championship Links Golf Course.

There are harbours at Burry Port and Pembrey and many things to do and see in the area including the Millennium Quay and the Discovery Centre. Llanelli has a proud Welsh history in both rugby and brewing being the home of the Felinfoel brewery and the Llanelli Scarlets rugby team.It also has a good shopping centre with a selection of high street shops.

There are plenty of places to visit within easy driving distance including the National Botanic Garden of Wales, Aberglasney Gardens, Kidwelly Castle, Pembrey Country Park with 500 acres of parkland and the 8 miles of Cefn Sidan sands. Pembrey also has a motor racing circuit. Swansea and Carmarthen are both a short drive away and the Gower peninsula is within easy reach and has numerous beautiful beaches. Entrance is into the hallway and up 6 short flights of stairs to the third floor.

Laugharne castle stands on a low cliff in the centre of the village and there are several pubs, restaurants and shops. A lovely detached cottage set in its own courtyard just a mile outside of the village of Laugharne and 8 from Carmarthen.  Laugharne is famous for it's association with Dylan Thomas and there are some interesting shops, restaurants and pubs as well as the magnificent Norman castle.

We are delighted to offer two traditional imported Mongolian Yurts (Ger) situated on an organic farm in the Carmarthenshire countryside just 4 miles from Llansteffan beach. 

The Yurts are in a field with panoramic pastoral views.  They are positioned about 50 yards apart and each is on a raised and partly railed wooden deck.   There are shared washing and cooking facilities in two areas on the site.  The main kitchen and shower area is about 100 yards from Cynnog Yurt (2042) and 150 yards from Steffan Yurt (2043).  The Mini kitchen and a WC with wash hand basin are situated about  25 yards from Cynnog Yurt and 75 yards from Steffan.  

Each of the Yurts is bookable by the week or for a 3 night weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) or  a 4 night midweek holiday (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).
