This character cottage is set in the grounds of a 17th Century Flour Mill, overlooking the Falls, in the small Welsh conservation village of Cenarth. Cenarth is famous for its falls and salmon leap, the village has developed around these features. This is an ideal venue for fishermen and permits and licences can be obtained locally from the village shop. The local art of Coracle fishing is still practised here and a National Centre, including a Celtic and an antique shop, has been set up. The owners, who live nearby, have used great flair and imagination when renovating the cottage, maintaining its character and charm throughout. From this idyllic village location you have the bonus of being less than half an hour drive from the sea and many picturesque beaches
A delightful detached stone cottage situated on the Carmarthen/Cardiganshire border close to Newcastle Emlyn and within 20 minutes of Tresaith, New Quay and Penbryn beaches. There are numerous attractions close-by including the Teifi Valley Railway and the National Coracle centre at Cenarth Falls. There are a couple of pubs and restaurants which serve food within a 10 minute drive of the cottage. Newcastle Emlyn has a good range of shops and pubs as does Cardigan. The River Teifi offers excellent fishing.

The three cottages sleeping 6, 4 and 2 respectively have recently been renovated to a high standard. In the well-kept grounds of the golf course is a coarse fishing lake, which is well stocked and can be fished by holidaymakers by prior consent with the owners. Guests with golfing experience are offered one free round of golf on the course. Those who do not have experience can always use this opportunity to learn. Within a 20-minute drive of the cottages, there are many beaches (some with Blue Flag status) and coves, ideal for exploring, walking and swimming. Within walking distance of the cottages (about half a mile) is the village of Saron, with a village store and friendly pub which serves good food, ten minutes drive away you will find a restaurant and leisure centre. The nearby towns of Llandysul, Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn provide good shopping, galleries, restaurants, supermarkets and banks.

The River Teifi offers excellent salmon and sewin fishing as well as canoeing. Red kites breed in this area and the Teifi Marshes are an ornithologist?s delight. There are many attractions within easy driving distance such as golfing, museums, art studios and galleries, crafts, narrow gauge railway, sports facilities, swimming pools, horse riding, go-carting, paintballing and delightful walks. In the summer there are several agricultural shows to enjoy. A very nice pub which serves excellent food is a mile and a half away, and several highly recommended public houses/restaurants within 10 minutes drive. The owners breed world famous Welsh Cob horses on their smallholding close-by. This property is suitable for disabled guests.
