This large 5 bedroom detached house stands in an acre of grounds, with a 2 acre lake in the adjoining field, and provides excellent accommodation for a large family. Being situated on the Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire border, there are plenty of places to go and things to do and see within a few miles including Oakwood, Folly Farm, Preseli Hills, numerous beaches and of course the 186 miles of coastal path. There is a pub within walking distance, plus a well-stocked shop.

Beaches, coastal walks, harbours, coracles, castles and other places of interest too numerous to list, are all within easy driving distance. There are extensive grounds around the properties of approx 40 acres, woodland trails lead down to the lake, some 1/2 mile away from the buildings, (a beautiful picnic and barbecue site). Anyone wishing to try out their mountain bikes off road would thoroughly appreciate this woodland trail, which would be equally suitable for hacking with horses or a gentle stroll. The owners are happy for guests to try their luck catching supper from the lake, which has been stocked with trout, there is a small charge for this. Within the grounds there are quiet areas.
