Situated just three hundred yards from the lovely sandy beach at Llangrannog and the village stores, two pubs and restaurant, this three storey mill cottage retains, and was featured in a "Lovejoy" episode because of its character.

The lovely terraced south-facing rear garden contains a variety of interesting plants and shrubs, and enjoys a pretty and relaxing aspect down towards the river which runs by the end of the garden. Garden furniture is provided. There are steep steps leading to the garden which unfortunately make it unsuitable for toddlers.

Llangrannog is situated on the Cardigan Heritage Coast, an area of outstanding natural beauty with spectacular scenery and many Coastal Paths, where dolphins and seals are frequently seen from cliff tops or nearby boat trips. There is also a cliff top dry ski slope in Llangrannog.

There are two beaches and access to the coastal path within approximately 15 minutes walk (3/4 of a mile) of this cottage which is set back from the road between Aberaeron and Aberystwyth.

Llanrhystyd is a picturesque village with a post office/shop and a small supermarket, a church, pub and an open air market held once a week on a Tuesday. The Golf course is approximately 1 mile and has a restaurant/bar open to the public all year. There is also a restaurant/clubhouse open to the public during the summer months in the caravan site less than 15 mins walk from the cottage.

This cottage is ideal for exploring Ceredigion and the many interesting towns including Aberaeron, Aberystwyth, Lampeter, Tregaron and Devil's Bridge are all within a half hour drive or less and provide a whole host of things to see and do.

Llanon is a delightful coastal village situated between Aberaeron (5.5 miles) and Aberystwyth (11.5 miles).

There is plenty to do in the area with the Ceredigion Heritage Coastal path literally passing the front door.

This detached stone and slate cottage is situated in the quiet village of Llansantffraed about 200 yards from the sea. In Llanon, about 500yds away, are a shop, restaurant, fish & chip shop, Chinese take-away and a pub.

Aberaeron Georgian town is a harlequin of attractive houses and a wonderful harbour where you can watch fishermen landing their catch.
