 KITCHEN which has wood floorboards, pine country style cupboards, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and an automatic washing machine. DINING CONSERVATORY From the
 KITCHEN there are doors to the lovely dining conservatory which is furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs and comfy seating. There are French doors leading from the conservatory onto the patio that has garden furniture and makes a lovely location for summer breakfasts.
 SITTING ROOM has an open fire and is furnished with comfortable seating, colour TV, DVD, video, items of occasional furniture and a selection of books and games. Upstairs there are two bedrooms.
 BEDROOM 1 has an open fire, double bed, clothes hanging space and chest of drawers.
 BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The beds all have duvets and will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival. A standard cot, highchair and stair gate are also available. FAMILY
 BATHROOM has a bath with overhead shower, WC, wash hand basin and linen cupboard. The patio area has table and bench seating and there are 4 steps leading to the garden area which is secluded and enclosed for dogs and children, beyond this are a further 40 acres to roam in (subject to animals grazing). There is off road parking adjacent to the cottage. Pets are welcome. There is full oil fired central heating throughout the property; electricity and oil are included in the rental. An initial supply of logs/coal will be left for you, thereafter available locally.
