There are numerous coves and sandy beaches along this stretch of rugged coast and the Coastal Path (and coastal bus) are readily accessible. Monk Haven beach and the tiny church of St Ishmaels are just a short walk from the granary. Dale Beach (excellent sailing), Musselwick Sands (access from the Coastal Path), Martins Haven (boat trips to Skomer Island Nature Reserve) and Marloes Sands (superb crescent of golden sand with beautiful rocky outcrops and wonderful cliffs) are all close-by.
