Enjoying a peaceful location close to Newport Beach and the Estuary, this welcoming wing of a grade 2 listed Farmhouse makes an ideal base from which to explore Newport and the North Pembrokeshire coast. The award winning coastal bus route passes the end of the drive enabling guests to explore a new stretch of the Coastal Path or a different beach each day. The Farmhouse is a 15 minute walk from the town of Newport which offers a good range of facilities to the discerning holiday maker including several pubs, restaurants, craft and antique shops, general store, two beaches and a beautiful mountain (Carn Ingli) to shelter at the foot of. The property has been renovated to the highest of standards and offers first class accommodation.
Entrance through small enclosed walled front garden into porch and through to the hallway which has a slate floor.
KITCHEN has its original red quarry tiled floor and a good range of fully fitted units with a Belfast sink and beech worktops. The integrated appliances include a dishwasher, automatic washer drier and a large range style dual fuel cooker with 5 gas rings, large electric oven and a "chimney extractor hood", there is also a microwave oven and a freestanding fridge/freezer.
LOUNGE and DINING ROOM is spacious and has elegant high ceilings and large Georgian windows, there is a woodburning stove set into the inglenook and the original polished floorboards with rugs make this a very homely room indeed. The lounge area is furnished with a leather three piece suite, occasional tables, bookcase with a good selection of books and games for all the family, i-pod speakers, combined CD/DVD player and colour TV with Freeview. The dining area has an attractive round oak dining suite of table, upholstered chairs and sideboard.
GARDEN A patio door leads from the sitting area to the enclosed garden which has a paved patio with garden furniture and lawn beyond.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms.
MASTER BEDROOM has a garden view and is furnished with a kingsize brass bedstead, bedside tables and a dressing table as well as a walk-in wardrobe with open shelves and a hanging rail. A colour TV with DVD is also provided.
BEDROOM 2 also has a garden view and is furnished with two 3' sprung base single beds (with feather duvets, synthetic available), chest of drawers, wardrobe and dressing table.
All the beds will be made up with fresh, crisp linen for your arrival, towels are also provided.
Newly refurbished FAMILY BATHROOM with contemporary double ended freestanding bath, separate shower cubicle with power shower, WC and wash hand basin.
FUEL Electricity is included in the rental. There is full gas fired central heating throughout the property which is charged at a fixed rate of £25 from October to April, please pay at cottage. A first basket of logs are provided for the woodburning stove, thereafter available locally.
A travel cot, highchair and stair gate are available. One small well-behaved pet.
No smoking in the cottage.

Ample covered parking for cars and a boat.
There is a fairly basic lockable outbuilding with children's snooker table, table football and storage of bicycles.
