Just 800 yards from one of the prettiest beaches in Wales, this semi-detached coastal cottage in a quiet, tranquil setting is surrounded by 20 acres of farm meadow. Close to the Cardigan Bay Coastal Path. This dramatic coastline is partly owned by the National Trust and dolphins, seals, buzzards and choughs are regular sights. Local activities include golf and fishing, with the Welsh Wildlife Centre and the market town of Cardigan a short drive away.
Entrance into open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with original beams, inglenook fireplace and logburning stove. There are two sofas, Freeview TV, DVD and a pine farmhouse table with fiddle back chairs. The compact kitchen area has fitted units, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and automatic washing machine. The cottage has three bedrooms, a twin room downstairs and a double and twin upstairs. All the bedrooms have antique bedroom furniture and pretty soft furnishings. All the beds have duvets and will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival. The bathroom is also upstairs and has a bath with overhead electric shower, WC and wash hand basin. Cot and highchair provided. Heating by logburning stove and night storage heaters. Logs and electricity are charged for according to use. In front of the cottage is an attractive patio with garden table, chairs and barbecue. Beyond this is a courtyard and a separate lawned area. Ample parking. Up to 2 well controlled pets welcome. Towels are available on request - £3 per person.
