Within 200 yards of the delightful beach at the Parrog, this comfortable and secluded property makes an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. There are numerous shops, craft shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance as well as direct access to the Coastal Path. At low tide you can walk across the Estuary to the Traeth Mawr (big beach) with its extensive silver sands and patrolled swimming areas. A favourite pursuit with local children is to catch crabs from the sea wall at high tide using a string and bacon as bait.

Accommodation

Entrance via porch to the kitchen/dining room which has a range of basic fitted units, electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator and a pine dining table with 7 chairs. The adjacent utility area has an automatic washer/drier, small freezer, and access to the downstairs shower room which comprises a shower, WC and wash hand basin a door leads from the utility area to the totally enclosed small courtyard patio area. The spacious lounge has three comfortable sofas, occasional furniture, colour TV and a huge inglenook fireplace with a woodburning stove. From the lounge a spiral staircase leads to the three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a sea view. Bedroom 2 has handmade bunk beds (the top one is very high indeed and may not be suitable for the very young), bedroom 3 has a single bed and bunk beds. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and all the beds have duvets and will be made up with fresh bedlinen for your arrival. The bathroom has a bath, WC and wash hand basin. There is a path to a secluded area with two benches. Parking is in the free car park outside the boat clubhouse. There are night storage heaters throughout the property, electricity is charged according to meter reading and logs for the woodburner are available in the village. Sorry, no cot and highchair available. One well-behaved pet welcome, but must sleep in the tiled porch. No towels.

Special Note - After November 2010 this property will sleep 5 people and reduce from an H to a G - Double bedroom, twin bedroom and a single bedroom.
