Just a short walk from the delightful sandy and safe beach at Tresaith, this semi-detached Swedish wooden lodge enjoys a stunning location. The lodge provides superb spacious well appointed accommodation which is a treat at any time of the year. Nearby there are pubs, restaurants and a selection of craft and village shops in Tresaith and Aberporth. The owners, who live next door, will provide you with a warm welcome.
Entrance is into hallway and through to the kitchen which has an oak floor, fitted oak units, a central island unit with tiled top, electric oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, automatic washing machine and a tumble drier. There is a breakfast table and chairs. The kitchen enjoys views over the enclosed garden which is bordered by a stream. From the kitchen steps lead to the very large sitting and dining room, this room is of exceptional character and has a high vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, logburning stove set on a slate hearth framed by two striking windows. The dining area has a dining table and 8 high backed chairs and the sitting area has large comfy sofas, colour TV, video, Hi Fi and items of occasional furniture. A steep ship's ladder leads to the occasional children's crog loft which has twin beds, storage and a selection of books and games. There are a further two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, dressing table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, easy chair and en-suite bathroom with a double ended bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. The master bedroom is extremely spacious and is furnished with a kingsize bed, chest of drawers, dressing table, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with modern shower cubicle approached by a step, WC, bidet and wash hand basin. There is also a separate cloakroom with a WC and wash hand basin. Fresh linen and towels are supplied. A cot and highchair are available on request. There is full gas central heating throughout. All gas, electric and logs are included in the rental. Central heating will be charged at £25 per week during April & October. There is a lovely lawned garden to the rear which is bordered by a stream at the lower end and has a selection of mature shrubs and trees to the West and open views down the valley to the East. At the end of the garden there is a stream. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided. There is ample off road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets.
