A three storey Victorian terraced house situated within an easy walk of the harbour and Parrog beach or Fishguard town centre. Fishguard has a good selection of shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants. Parrog beach has a sailing school and a visitor centre and a breakwater which makes a great walk. The Coastal Path can be joined close by.

Accommodation

Entrance is into the traditional tiled hallway and through to the main sitting room which has an ornamental Victorian fireplace, a bay window, 3 sofas, colour TV with DVD and Digibox. The second sitting room is ideal for children; it has a sofa-bed, chairs, table football, TV with games console and a door to the garden room. The Garden Room has a bespoke master craftsman built glazed ceiling and black limestone floor, it is furnished with a dresser and a breakfast table and 4 chairs. A door leads to the garden. The kitchen has a bay window with sea views, quarry tile floor and a huge gas fired Aga with double oven and 2 hotplates, freestanding bespoke beech cupboards and side by side oak tables with seating for 12. There is a large fridge/freezer and butlers sink and in the utility/pantry you will find food storage space, a dishwasher and washing machine with tumble drier. There is a downstairs WC.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a sea view and a kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 has a kingsize bed. Bedroom 3 with sea view has twin beds. Bedroom 4 has a single bed. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are on the top floor and have sloped ceilings. Bedroom 5 has a single bed with a trundle bed underneath and bedroom 6, also with sea view, has bunk beds. All the bedrooms have wardrobe space, chests of drawers and bedside tables with lamps. All beds are made up with fresh linen and duvets for your arrival. The family bathroom is on the first floor and has a freestanding bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. There is a shower room on the top floor with a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Towels are included in the rental. A standard cot, highchair and stair gate are available. One pet allowed, restricted to downstairs rooms only. No smoking in the house. Heating and electric are included from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £35 per week at all other times, please pay at property. There is a small lawned garden to the rear with garden furniture and a BBQ.  A summer/play house at the end of the garden has a table tennis table and some garden games. A wooden gate leads from the end of the garden to the parking area and the green/playing field beyond. There is a parking space at the rear of the house and more at the front on the roadside.
