Accommodation

The entrance is into a welcoming, light, full height galleried hallway.  A glazed door leads into the kitchen dining room. The dining area has a large oak dining table, bench seating and chairs. There is a bookcase with a range of books, including local guides. A variety of CD's and games are also provided. The CD/radio player with i-pod docking point.  The kitchen is very well appointed with a good selection of fitted oak units, electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, there are glass doors which lead to the rear patio area.  The utility room is spacious, with plenty of room to store beach and walking equipment, as well as providing a washing machine and tumble drier. On the ground floor there is also a shower room containing a corner shower cubicle, wash handbasin and WC.  Glazed doors lead you into the lounge which is light and airy with patio doors opening onto the terrace from which there are views over Fishguard Bay and to the Preseli hills beyond. The lounge is comfortably furnished with matching sofas, easy chairs, TV, DVD and items of occasional furniture.   The hallway leads upstairs to the first two bedrooms at the front of the house, The master bedroom contains a 5 foot king sized bed and bedroom furniture including a mirrored rotating dressing unit. There are large patio doors opening onto the sheltered sunny balcony which has extensive views over the village and out to sea, the bistro table and chairs on the balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and take in the scenery.   The second bedroom contains twin beds and bedroom furniture, and enjoys distant sea views. The third bedroom also contains a king sized bed, includes a chest of drawers, mirror and wardrobe. High quality bed linen and duvets are provided for all the beds. The bathroom is well equipped with a suite of double ended bath, a large shower cubicle with power shower, wash hand basin and WC.   At the front of the property there is a substantial gated paved terrace area with views of Fishguard bay and the Preseli hills. Garden furniture and a barbeque are provided.  Towels are included for guests' convenience. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.  There is full gas central heating throughout the property, this is included in the rental during the summer months May to the end of September, and charged at £35 during the winter months, and electricity is included in the rental.  There are steps down to the parking area where there is space for 3 cars just below the front terrace of the property.  No smoking and no pets.
