This lovely stone barn enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views of St Brides Bay; the property is within a mile of the village of Solva and approx 2 miles from St. Davids. For anyone wishing to walk the Coastal Path there is easy access just a short distance from the property at Porth y Rhaw.

Accommodation

This stone barn is within the owner's grounds and approached by external stone steps. The accommodation is very light and airy, decorated in soft colours and with beech style flooring throughout the living areas. The lounge/dining area has patio doors, which lead to the balcony where fabulous sea views can be enjoyed. The balcony is supplied with garden furniture and steps lead down into a field area, which is ideal for children to play. The room is comfortably furnished with easy chairs, and sofas (one can convert into additional bed for occasional use), colour TV, DVD and items of occasional furniture. In the dining area there is a large pine dining table and chairs. The kitchen area is well-equipped with beech fitted units, electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven and washing machine. (Freezer available in outhouse) The master bedroom contains a pine double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Bedlinen is provided for all the beds, which have duvets. The bathroom is bright and spacious and equipped with bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin and WC. All Electricity is included in the rental, there is full oil fired central heating throughout the property, which is included in the rental from May to the end of September and charged at £21 per week at all other times. A cot and highchair are available. Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome.
There is plenty of parking at this property. Towels available on request - £3 per guest.
