This old country estate sits in Carmarthenshire, yet is close to Pembrokeshire and Cardiganshire, making it a great location for exploring in any direction. Beaches, coastal walks, harbours, coracles, castles and other places of interest too numerous to list, are all within easy driving distance.

There are extensive grounds around the properties of approx 40 acres, woodland trails lead down to the lake, some 1/2 mile away from the buildings, (a beautiful picnic and barbecue site).

Anyone wishing to try out their mountain bikes off road would thoroughly appreciate this woodland trail, which would be equally suitable for hacking with horses or a gentle stroll.

Carp fishing on the lake is run on a catch and release agreement from mid June - mid March £5.  Within the grounds there are quiet areas.

This is an ideal location for large families and groups of friends who wish to holiday close by to one another.

Holiday Accommodation

Entrance into open-plan sitting and dining room with a ceramic tiled floor with rug.

The SEATING AREA has a comfortable sofa, armchairs, colour TV and DVD, and items of occasional furniture.

The DINING AREA has a dining table and 4 chairs.

The KITCHEN has a range of well-fitted light oak units, concealed lighting, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, and microwave oven.

From the kitchen is a partly glazed door that leads on to the patio with garden furniture and stunning views of the Preseli Hills.

There are two bedrooms, both carpeted.

BEDROOM 1 has a pine double bed with matching pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Limited space for cot.

BEDROOM 2 has 2'6" divan beds with coordinating pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

The BATHROOM is fitted with bath, overhead shower fitment, WC and wash hand basin.

Garden and Parking

The patio is to the rear and there is a lawned area beyond. A portable barbecue is available.

You are free to roam the grounds of the estate.

Ample parking.

Swimming Pool

Other Information

There is full oil fired central heating throughout the cottage and this is included in the basic rental.

A standard cot & highchair are available on request.

The property is wi fi enabled.

Towels available on request - £3 per person.

Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome.

Coarse fishing is available on the lake - there is a small charge for this.
