This old farmhouse with self contained adjoining wing is set in an ideal location and is just a few minutes drive from several small fishing villages and beaches such as Abereiddy, Traeth Llyfn and Whitesands. A friendly welcome awaits you as the owners live nearby and encourage guests to walk around the small working farm, help feed the calves, collect fresh eggs and help look after the animals.

Accommodation

The farmhouse retains many original features, such as beamed ceiling and pointed stone walls. The front door opens into porch which leads into the large lounge with an ornamental stone fireplace and open fire, the lounge is furnished with two luxurious sofas, colour TV, video, DVD and antique furniture. The dining room features an open fireplace and is furnished with an elegant dining table with matching chairs and a large antique pine Welsh dresser. The large farmhouse kitchen contains wooden fitted units, electric hob with built in oven, microwave oven, fridge and dishwasher, there is a large Aga cooker which provides cosy warmth in the off season months (if you require the Aga to be switched on, please inform the agent - there is a flat rate charge of £20 per week payable to the owner). The kitchen area contains a large pine table and matching chairs and in the corner of this room is an antique pine dresser and Welsh settle. The utility room is ideal for storing beach equipment and contains an automatic washing machine, tumble drier and freezer. In a separate cloakroom there is a wash hand basin and WC. A wooden staircase leads to three pretty bedrooms. Bedrooms 1&2 both have double beds with fitted wardrobes and vanity units. Bedroom 3 contains twin beds with matching bedroom furniture. Bedlinen is provided for the beds which all have duvets. Towels are provided. A cot and highchair are provided. The upstairs bathroom contains bath, wash hand basin, WC and a separate shower cubicle. There is full oil central heating throughout the property - heating and electricity are inclusive in the rental. Regrettably no pets. There is lawned garden in front of the farmhouse which is enclosed for children. Garden furniture with a parasol and a barbecue are available on the lawned garden at the rear of the property. There is ample parking. This is a non smoking property. Secure storage is available for surfing equipment, bikes etc.
