Fishguard has a good range of shops, art galleries, restaurants, inns and the ferry from Fishguard to Rosslare in Ireland makes a great day trip. There are numerous coves and bays within a short drive of the property and Lower Fishguard has a most attractive fishing harbour where films such as Under Milk Wood and Moby Dick were filmed. The coastal path is closeby and St Davids and Newport are a short drive or trip on the ecologically sound coastal buses.

This immaculatey presented cottage comprises the following
 accommodation -
 SITTING ROOM with fitted carpet is furnished with two comfortable terracotta sofas, coffee table, occasional furniture, colour TV, DVD player and an attractive fire surround with gas coal effect fire.
 KITCHEN / DINING ROOM is approached by a step and has a tiled floor. There are a range of fitted wood units incorporating an electric fan oven with gas hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and automatic washing machine. The dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs and a wall mounted colour TV with video.
The back door leads to the enclosed sunny patio area with garden furniture and a gate leads to off road parking at the rear. Upstairs there are three bedrooms.
 BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, bedside tables, dressing table and a shared built in wardrobe on the landing.
 BEDROOM 2 also has a double bed bedside tables built in wardrobe, dressing shelf with mirror, lamp and stool.
 BEDROOM 3 has a single bed, bedside table, use of the shared built in wardrobe on the landing and a chest of drawers.
All the beds have duvets and will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
A standard cot and highchair are available.
 BATHROOM has a bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
There is full mains gas central heating throughout the property and this is charged for at a flat rate of £25 from October to April inclusive and included in the rental at all other times.
Towels available at £3 per guest.
Up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome but restricted to the tiled kitchen.
There is one parking space on the road to the fore and one off road space to the rear.
