The large kitchen and breakfast room has a range of fully fitted light maple units incorporating a Neff double electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, a large fridge/freezer and a breakfast table with 7 chairs. Glazed doors lead to the patio area and there are views over Lower Town harbour. There is a utility room with an automatic washing machine and tumble drier. There is a downstairs shower room with a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. There is a  downstairs bedroom with two single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe, all in oaf.There are three bedrooms upstairs, all with sea views. The master bedroom is very large, has a high vaulted A-frame ceiling and a triple aspect with a large circular window affording sea views from the queensize bed! In addition there is a dressing table, wardrobe, bedside chests of drawers and an en suite bathroom with a full suite of bath, shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. There is also a single bed dressed with cushions for occasional use. Bedroom 2 has a gable window overlooking the pretty harbour and is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has a sloped ceiling and open beams, 2 single beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe space on the landing. All the beds have duvets and will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival. Towels are included. The family bathroom has a suite of bath, shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. A standard cot and highchair are available. No pets. No smoking in the property. Fuel costs are included from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £50 per week (payable to owner) at all other times. There are 3 parking spaces adjacent to the property. The garden stretches around two sides of the property and has lawned areas, two patio areas (one of which is sunken to afford extra shelter) with furniture, a barbecue and of course the simply stunning sea views.
