Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac at the top of this seaside and market town this spacious and welcoming annexe makes a great base for a couple. Fishguard benefits from a good selection of restaurants, galleries, pubs and shops. The Coastal Path can be accessed easily and the picturesque harbour at Lower Town is just a 10 minute walk. There are several beaches close by including Goodwick, Pwllgwaelod and Newport Sands. The property has recently been refurbished and there are nice views of Fishguard Bay from the bedroom.

Accommodation

Entrance is into the sitting room which is very spacious and has a wooden floor with rugs. It is furnished with a comfortable three piece suite, coffee table, dresser, colour TV with basic Sky channels, DVD player and occasional furniture. The kitchen has a range of fully fitted solid oak units, electric oven and hob, automatic washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and a pine dining table with 4 chairs. Stairs lead from the sitting room to the galleried bedroom. The bedroom has pine floorboards and a dormer window with views over the rooftops to the harbour and Fishguard Bay. It is furnished with a double bed, antique wardrobe and dressing table/chest of drawers, bedside tables and dressing table. The en suite shower room has a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. There is an attic style room off the main bedroom which may be used occasionally for a child, it has very limited headroom and is furnished with a low single bed and a chest. Linen and towels are included. A travel cot, highchair and stair gate can be provided on request. Up to two well-behaved pets allowed but must remain downstairs. There is gas central heating throughout plus additional solar hot water system. Portable heaters are available for cooler evenings. Heating and electricity charges are included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £15 per week at all other times. Parking on the drive for one car. There is a small enclosed patio to the rear with garden furniture.
