This detached dormer bungalow enjoys glorious views over Cardigan Bay to Poppit Sands and is less than 5 minutes walk from two hotels, one of which is a health spa, both open to non residents for food and drink. Cardigan Bay is famous for its dolphins, Patch beach and the Estuary are a pleasant half mile walk away and a haven for wildlife. Mwnt beach (National Trust) is a little further and well worth a visit. The Market Town of Cardigan is just over 2 miles away and has everything you could need - individual shops, galleries, banks and a theatre/cinema. There is an 18-hole golf course and a boat club within half a mile, open to non members.

Accommodation

Entrance is into the hallway and through to the lounge which has a gas fire and a sea view through the conservatory. The sitting room is furnished with a sofa, armchair and items of occasional furniture, colour TV, DVD and video. The conservatory has stunning sea views and is furnished with a cane three piece suite, leather swivel chair, coffee table and occasional furniture. Steps lead from the conservatory to the front patio which again enjoys superb views of the bay. The kitchen/dining room has a range of fitted units incorporating a gas hob, electric double oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The dining area has a round dining table, 6 chairs and an attractive Welsh dresser. There is a downstairs cloakroom with a WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 1 is downstairs and is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. Stairs lead from the hallway to bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the house and has spectacular views of Cardigan Bay, in fact you could sit in bed and look at the sea! It is furnished with a queensize bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing table and bedside tables. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, bedside chest with lamps and a mirror and a fitted wardrobe. All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival. The family bathroom has a suite of bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Towels are available to hire at £3 per guest. No baby equipment provided, you may bring your own if required. No pets. No smoking. A phone for incoming calls and broadband is available. There is oil central heating throughout, charged at a flat rate of £25 per week from October to April (please pay owner) and included at all other times. There is parking for two cars on the drive. The patio, as previously mentioned, has great sea views and is furnished with a picnic table.
