There is a gym in an adjacent outbuilding for guests' use.
The entrance hallway leads to the large SITTING ROOM with huge stone inglenook fireplace with a welcoming logburning stove, the room is furnished traditionally with a sofa and comfortable fireside chairs.
There is also a separate TV ROOM which has a living flame gas fire and is furnished with a comfortable three-piece suite, colour TV with Freeview, DVD player and video.
The DINING ROOM also has an inglenook fireplace, wooden laminate floor and is furnished with a large dining table, chairs and a Welsh settle.
There is a large FAMILY BATHROOM on the ground floor with a tiled floor, freestanding roll top bath with hand held shower, hand basin and WC.
The KITCHEN was originally the farmhouse dairy and still has many traditional features that blend together with the contemporary fitted kitchen units. There is a large stainless steel range style cooker with gas hob, electric oven, grill, warming oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
First Floor. The staircase splits halfway up making this property perfect for two families.
The spacious MASTER BEDROOM is at the front of the house and provides a pine four poster double bed.
BEDROOM 2 is also at the front of the house and has twin beds.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are approached by the rear staircase.
BEDROOM 3 has a double bedstead.
BEDROOM 4, which is a smaller room, has bunk beds perfect for children.
The beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival and are dressed with throws for winter warmth.
Also at the rear of the house is a SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
Just over the farm lane is a lovely large Orchard Garden surrounded by mature trees with plenty of space for picnics and children.
Just outside the kitchen door is an attractive gated patio area with prettily planted borders - a barbecue and picnic table are provided.
There is ample parking space for several cars.
A gym is available in the adjacent building for guests use.
There is Gas Central Heating which will be charged at £30 per week when required.
All electricity is charged for according to use.
A complimentary basket of logs is included and more are available at reasonable cost.
A cot and highchair are supplied.
