This pretty stone cottage is situated at the edge of the small village of Dinas within easy walking distance of the small cove at Aberbach.  There is a lovely walk down to the beach through the lane close by.

It is also close to Pwllgwaelod beach, from where one can walk around the spectacular Dinas Island headland to the little beach at Cwm Yr Eglwys.  For those who prefer hill walking, the heart of the Preseli Hills with their famous blue stones is just a few minutes drive away.

This cottage has easy access and spacious accommodation, double glazing and full central heating, ideal for a couple or small family.

On the opposite side of the road is an acre of ground for your use, with summer house, large fishpond and a woodland garden with fir trees, rhododendrons, camellias and a variety of flowering shrubs. Garden furniture is also provided.

Situated close to one of the most beautiful stretches of the Pembrokeshire coastline at Strumble Head, this Five Star delightful cottage, part of the original farmhouse predating 1795, makes a perfect holiday base.

Goodwick is just over 3 miles away and Fishguard a little further, both have a good selection of shops, galleries and places to eat. There are numerous beaches and coves along this stretch of the coast and it is a great place to dolphin and seal watch.

Abermawr beach is about 2 miles and Strumble Head about a mile.

Black Rock Boathouse enjoys a wonderful location right on the water front at Dale beach.

Dale is famous for it's watersports with sailing and windsurfing being very popular here.At the end of the bay is St Anne's Head with a lighthouse that guides shipping into Milford Haven Waterway.

Marloes beach is close by and you can take a boat trip from Martins Haven to the bird islands of Skomer, Skokholm and Grassholm where you will see numerous breeds including Puffins, Gannets, Shearwaters and Choughs. Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is accessed right outside the property and begs to be walked.The Griffin pub in the village serves good food.

This delightful 18th century stone cottage is situated in the hamlet of Parc y Rhos, close to Lampeter, a vibrant and cosmopolitan university town and a hub of Welsh culture and heritage with a great selection of individual shops, restaurants, pubs and galleries.

The town stands on the river Teifi and you can follow it from its source in the Cambrian Mountains past the ruins of Strata Florida Abbey, through Devil's Bridge all the way to Poppit Sands in Pembrokeshire. The closest beaches are Aberaeron and New Quay, just half an hour away. There is a pub 5 minutes drive away which serves good food.  This is an excellent area for mountain biking.

The nearby towns of New Quay (an old haunt of Dylan Thomas), Lampeter and Aberystwyth are well worth a visit as are the numerous unspoilt beaches and coves along the Ceredigion Heritage Coastline.

There are numerous places to eat and drink in Aberdyfi and the Penhelig Arms (just 2 miles away) is famous throughout Wales for it's warm Welsh welcome and good food.

Aberdyfi is also a great base for visiting many of the major attractions in North Wales and Mid Wales including the Centre for Alternative Technology, Corris Craft Centre, Adrenalin Junkies, Portmeirion and the Tal y Llyn Railway as well as wildlife boat trips, kite surfing, slate caverns, quad & mountain biking, pony trekking and so much more. There is an Outward Bound centre a mile or so down the road that offers canoeing, climbing, outdoor pursuits etc.

If you venture inland a little, there is spectacular mountain and valley scenery; Cader Idris and Aran Fawddwy ranges and the Dovey and Dysynni valleys nearby. The area is ideal for walkers, ramblers, birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts.
