These three beautiful converted barns enjoy an idyllic and peaceful location on a hillside with stunning views over the valley and beyond.
Golden Grove village with its historic mansion and deer park is about 1 mile from the cottages and Llandeilo, the ancient market town, is about three and a half miles.Llandeilo is situated in the heart of the Towy Valley and has an interesting selection of individual shops, galleries and eateries.You can also enjoy a fabulous woodland walk straight from the front door or explore one of the many castles in the area.
Carmarthenshire is known as the Garden of Wales and the National Botanic Garden of Wales and Aberglasney (a garden lost in time) are just over 2 miles away.There is superb fishing in the area too with the river Towy providing excellent Salmon and Sewin (sea trout) fishing, whilst for those more active the cottages are located between several excellent mountain bike trails.
For nature lovers, the area abounds with wildlife, with red kites, owls, badgers and deer regularly seen from the barns.The Gower Peninsular has some wonderful beaches with great surfing, including Three Cliffs Bay which is less than 25 miles away.The Black Mountain and Brecon Beacons National Park (which is viewable from the gardens) make an excellent day trip.
This really is a great location for exploring West Wales and these charming, well appointed cottages make an ideal base.









Llangloffan is situated in the heart of North Pembrokeshire close to Fishguard, Goodwick, Strumble Head, Mathry, Porthgain, Newgale and St Davids.
There is a nature reserve just down the lane and Abermawr beach is just 2.4 miles away.

Llanon is a delightful coastal village situated between Aberaeron (5.5 miles) and Aberystwyth (11.5 miles).
There is plenty to do in the area with the Ceredigion Heritage Coastal path literally passing the front door.
This detached stone and slate cottage is situated in the quiet village of Llansantffraed about 200 yards from the sea. In Llanon, about 500yds away, are a shop, restaurant, fish & chip shop, Chinese take-away and a pub.
Aberaeron Georgian town is a harlequin of attractive houses and a wonderful harbour where you can watch fishermen landing their catch.
You may be lucky enough to spot the resident Cardigan Bay dolphins.

This 18th century Grade II listed Toll House in the heart of Monmouth Town makes a perfect base for a holiday exploring the Wye Valley.
There is so much to see and do in the area with Ross on Wye, Hereford, Forest of Dean, Brecon, Chepstow, Cardiff and Bristol all within 1 hours drive.

There are numerous attractions all within 20 minutes drive including Carew castle, Oakwood, Heatherton, Manor House Wild Animal Park and the Dinosaur Park.
The village has a couple of pubs which serve food, a tea room and a village store.
The coastal path is accessible at Lydstep Haven.
