A Victorian Folly or a much earlier Ty Unnos (a house build overnight), your guess is as good as anybodies. Sitting just off a bend on the A5 between Betws y Coed and Pont Cyfyng, Ty Hyll is now a small cafe with an interesting section set aside telling you all about Honey Bee’s.
The are also a wildlife garden and a woodland to explore. The Snowdonia Society have produced a good pdf of walks from Ty Hyll – our favourite is the walk to Swallow Falls.
There is a car park at Ty Hyll with enough space for 10 or so cars.
