Clarach Bay

Clarach

Clarach Bay is a small bay in north Ceredigion, a mile or so from Clarach Village.

There is a pebble beach with a small river flowing through the middle of the beach and access to the all Wales Coast Path. Tall cliffs on either side of the bay make for some good walking with good coastal and inland views.

Just north of Clarach you can find the causeway called Sarn Gynfelyn at Wallog. This naturally formed causeway is best viewed at low tide, also at Wallog is a small picturesque waterfall.

Places to eat in or nearby Clarach include the Clarach Bay Stores or further afield at Bow Street and Aberystwyth.
