    “Beautiful lodge , spotlessly clean, kitchen very well equipped.”

    The hot tub is a fantastic bonus after a long day walking . The bed was super comfy and the log fire was comforting when it became chilly . Would certainly recommend this gorgeous cabin and would return in a heart beat . Bethan the owner was very welcoming and does everything to make sure your stay is perfect .

MACHYNLLETH

Dolgellau 16 miles; Aberystwyth 18 miles.

The small market town of Machynlleth sits amid the rolling hills of Mid Wales. The streets of the town spread out from the 19th Century clock tower, and offer a good mix of specialist shops, pubs, and cafes, in addition to the regular street markets held every Wednesday. The town boasts two art galleries, and is home to the Museum of Modern Arts, Wales, which showcases the work of a variety of international artists, as well as staging concerts and lectures in its 400 seater auditorium. Just ten miles from the coast, Machynlleth is also ideally placed for taking advantage of superb walking, riding, fishing and rock climbing available in the area.
