  • “We loved Neptune house.”

It was a step back in time for myself and my husband. So many things to see from times gone by. In todays modern world it was a welcome change. The log fire was enjoyed every night in the front room by myself and my husband, with no TV and it was not missed. The setting on the beach was beautiful. Even got to Seal watch. Don't worry there's a few modern luxuries. TV in back lounges, washing machine and drier, cooker, and a fridge etc. I would have liked to have had WiFi in the house. Could ...

Don't worry there's a few modern luxuries. TV in back lounges, washing machine and drier, cooker, and a fridge etc. I would have liked to have had WiFi in the house. Could barely get a signal in the house. The shower was a bit small for me, but apart from that I loved everything about Neptune, we all did, even the dog. Would definitely go back again and we love Borth also. Peaceful little town, we've been a few times to now. Thanks for a relaxing holiday where we all felt totally chilled out.

The property

Take a step back in time as you enjoy this large, quirky, retro-styled terraced house which overlooks Cardigan Bay's Borth beach and has sea views from many of the rooms.

The owners have used the 1920s to 1950s as the theme for their careful renovation and incorporated many items of historical interest.

Borth beach is on the Cardigan Bay coast between the Dyfi estuary and the town of Aberystwyth, stretching almost three miles to Ynyslas and is excellent for swimming and surfing.

The town has several cafes, pubs and small shops.
