“I was disappointed that the property had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and was not to the same standard of other holiday properties I have rented and expected.”

There were cleaning products available, so I started my holiday cleaning the bathrooms! Unfortunately there was no vacuum cleaner or broom available to sweep the floors. Important when the property allows dogs to stay and it is expected to leave the property in the same state as arrival . I reported this the next morning at the local office. Unfortunately, no vacuum arrived during our stay, as was organised. It would be helpful to have more information in the 'useful information' folder on ...

It would be helpful to have more information in the 'useful information' folder on recycling/rubbish and how to leave the property on departure. The property did have a lot of extraneous objects, papers, letters etc., cluttering up the window shelves and drawers of furniture. This is a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay. It just needs a good sort through, removing unnecessary items and make sure the essentials are cleaned prior to clients arriving.
