    “This property is amazing.”

Beautiful house with lovely views. Very well equipped, high quality furnishings, large open plan ground floor and a delightful sitting room upstairs. The warm welcome from Darren is a bonus. Our family, four generations, had a wonderful holiday in this perfect property.

The property makes a wonderful base for a group celebration, offering expansive views of the estuary and a quiet location away from the nearby village; it also offers up to twelve guests and two small canine companions a stylish interior, flexible sleeping arrangements, a wrap-around garden with a hot tub, and an outdoor games room.

Arrive and take advantage of the private driveway, before entering the open-plan living area with its chic furnishings, cutting-edge appliances, and expansive views of the garden, all of which is ground floor disabled wheelchair accessible; here, you can rustle up delectable meals in the sleek kitchen, gather around the twelve-seat dining table, or unwind on the plush sofas with the Smart TV on in the background.

Before finding the first-floor sitting room, ideal for some peace and quiet, or the snug, containing a gaming station and PlayStation system, or stepping outside to the games room for a competitive afternoon, tie up any loose ends in the study.

Utilise your outside space when the sun sets by having dinner outside or soaking in the bubbling hot tub before coming inside for a movie night.

Ty Marlyn features four spotless bedrooms, including a king-size room with a balcony and an en-suite bathroom, as well two additional king-size rooms and a twin room which offers two additional trundle beds to sleep four; all have access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with shower facilities, and there is also a practical shower room on the ground floor where an additional double sofa bed is available.

Come morning, appreciate the views over Loughor River before taking a tour of The Gower Brewery and its local products, a trip through the ruins of Weobley Castle, an afternoon at Whiteford Beach, or some family fun at Perriswood Archery & Falconry.

As you venture closer to the centre of Swansea, take a stroll around Mumbles Hill Local Nature Reserve and enjoy an ice cream at Verdi's, with great views of Swansea Bay.

Then head into the city itself and explore the Botanical Gardens' lovely grounds, see Plantasia Tropical Zoo's amazing rainforest, stop by Swansea Museum for some local history, or have a picnic near Singleton Park Boating Lake.

For more water-borne fun, a visit to the LC2 is a must!

Explore deeper into Gower by taking in Port Eynon and Oxwich on the southern coast before venturing to the end of the peninsula and the stunning scenery around Rhossili Beach and Worm's Head.
