The property

East Barn provides contemporary holiday living in a peaceful country setting with glorious rural views just two miles from the market town of Fishguard.

Fishguard has several pubs, places to eat and some lovely galleries.  Lower Town harbour is picture perfect and the setting for such films as Moby Dick and Under Milk Wood.

Down a quiet country lane, yet within easy reach of the A40, the county town of Haverfordwest and Britain's smallest city St Davids, are within a half hour drive.

There are numerous beaches and coves close-by and the Pembrokeshire coastal path and the Preseli hills for those who enjoy walking.

The barn has recently been converted into modern accommodation with under floor heating powered by an air-source heat pump.
