Excellent accommodation, peaceful location and within easy reach of walks, local beach and pub.

Could do with settee being replaced as it's well worn and not comfy. But overall well worth a stay.

In a lovely area, very clean and everything was there for you.

Lovely stay no problems very comfortable a day lovely surroundings easy to get out and about to other points would stay there again as there was more to explore we would definitely recommend

Smugglers provided everything we needed.

It was spotlessly clean, there was a welcome pack and information on the local area. There are some great walks nearby, if you visit you must walk the headland, its spectacular. The beds were very comfortable allowing us a goods nights sleep. There are the usual array of books and board games in case you decide to stay in. Parking is directly next to the property. A few things to be aware of: The boiler emits a loud humming noise at times. Smugglers is very close to a working farm and work starts early. We took our little four legged friend who found the stone around the property a little sharp for her paws. All very minor points that wouldn't stop us from visiting again. We have already recommended Smugglers to our family and close friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The cottage was immaculate and well set up. We appreciated the welcome gift of prosecco and Welsh cakes - absolutely lovely. Lovely location had everything we needed

Smugglers is a delightful cottage.

It is comfortable and spotlessly clean and has everything that you need for a perfect stay. The owners live close by and are helpful if needed but not intrusive. We had a slight issue when trying to watch Netflix but the owners were excellent and immediately gave us a booster for the Wi-Fi and everything worked well. There are beautiful walks around the headland with amazing views, such a peaceful place. Tenby and other towns are close by too. We had a perfect holiday.

Smugglers was the perfect place to stay.

Very clean and everything what we needed. We did have an issue with the heating on the first night but after a quick phone call, someone came and sorted it straight away. I will use Smugglers again as its the perfect area to stay

The accommodation is excellent - very clean and well equipped.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the whole place is well maintained and homely. There are great walks for your pooch and lots to see and do in the area.

Very peaceful and ideal for a short family stay. I liked that the bookings were not restricted to Mon - Fri/Fri-Sun.

It is shared with a wedding venue, so if you like 1980s power ballads around midnight this is definitely the place for you!

Host very friendly and gave suggestions of dog friendly places to visit and places to eat. Accommodation was spotless with everything you’d need. WiFi was good despite fairly remote location. So quiet and perfect for a peaceful stay.

This was our third time in this cottage it’s a beautiful peaceful place to stay it has everything you need owners a few feet away but give yiu your privacy very helpful just lovely people there is so many places to visit just a short drive to a lot of places

The cottage was comfortable and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay plus added extras.

It was very convenient to Lydstep beach and headland and set in a very peaceful setting. It's not far from Tenby which is a beautiful town.

This is a cosy clean cottage, easy to find, great location geographically.

Only 4 stars from us personally as it is situated within the owners driveway. Completely overlooked. Unable to get dressed without closing the curtains. One bath towel each and a very small hand towel. We only found out that we were able to use the garden from the visitors book. It has ok WiFi and a smart TV. The sofa is very clean but the springs have collapsed. This is a spacious clean cottage but not the right place for us.

Easy access to the coastal path.

Excellent location for exporting the coastal path, beach, shops and pubs all within 10 minute walk.

Longer walks to Manorbier and Tenby are also accessible. Property was prefect for a family of four and our dog. Will definitely look to book again.

Such a delightful cottage very good location and so very peaceful just perfect for us this was are second stay hear and again wasn’t disappointed we hope to return later in the year the owners give you privacy but on hand to help or for advice very lovely people.

A very well presented cottage in a beautiful and peaceful location.

Roomy, airy with private parking and very well appointed with everything we could need for a long weekend break. The family room incorporates a large 3 seater sofa and separate comfy chair with a large coffee table and Freeview TV. A good size dining table separates the kitchen which has full oven, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The welsh cakes, milk, tea, coffee etc. were very well received. The bedrooms are a good size with adequate storage, although the lack of hanging space in the second bedroom could be an issue for some people. Very well maintained inside and out and in a very quiet location in the village. There is a pub nearby but only appears to be open at weekends. Dog walking is excellent. A short walk from the cottage and you are on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path with stunning views to Caldey Island and the Gower Peninsula. Tenby is a 10 minute drive away with a great variety of shops and eateries. We thoroughly enjoyed Westgate House on South Parade. Dog friendly with delicious cakes! Somewhere we are planning on returning to.

Everything we needed was there. Lovely coast nearby and very quiet for a good night's sleep in very comfortable beds.

Only disappointment was the Lydstep tavern was closed for the duration of our stay. Would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here and look forward to returning in future.

We had a fantastic stay at Smugglers.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean with a lovely welcome pack of Prosecco and Welsh Cakes which was a bonus on arrival. Very relaxing lounge with Netflix TV well equipped bathroom and nicely furnished rooms with comfortable beds. The setting is peaceful off the main Tenby Pembroke road conveniently situated for the beaches spanning this beautiful part of Pembrokeshire and a short walk from the Coast Path and Lydstep Bay. The owners are friendly and welcoming and we hope to return for another trip in 2023.

Could not fault the cottage in any way. But just a small suggestion! A couple of glass microwave bowls would be useful in the kitchen.

We had a lovely break at Smugglers cottage, which is in an ideal position to visit the beaches and amenities in Pembrokeshire.

The property was clean, light, nicely decorated, and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and met our needs. We met the owner on our arrival who was very friendly and helpful, but not intrusive in any way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to return.

An amazing place clean comfortable and very well located one of the best cottages we have had so peaceful very relaxing the cottage is bigger then it looked very good parking to and a safe pebbled garden if you have a dog or toddler it has a gate only saw the owners in passing but we got to have a quick chat gave us some lovely places to visit and glad we went we hope to return to the cottage later this year

Lovely cottage, warm, clean and comfortable.

Thoughtful welcome gifts of prosseco and tea cakes - much appreciated. As it was still quite cold at night a slightly thicker duvet would have been appreciated. All in all though - highly recommended.

We had a fantastic time.

The weather was wild and wet but we still enjoyed the walks with our dog down to the beach. It would be even better with sunny, warm days. The cottage was a little hard to find, it being behind the Spa that the postcode takes you to. We had a lovely warm welcome with some fizz and welsh cakes, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. All very clean with everything we needed too. Very cosy and peaceful to come back to after a day out, walking. Slight problem is that my dog managed to find a way out of the enclosed garden so we had to keep her on the lead. But no complaints at all, otherwise. Thankyou for a lovely weekend break.

Great location, and the cottage was equipped really well.

Very useful to have an outside area where our dog could be 'contained' for a short while, eg while eating her food. Also handy dog-walking areas, as well as the lovely cliff top.

Smugglers is a lovely, clean, well-equipped cottage in a great location near to Tenby.

We had a great break exploring the locality - the owner’s local knowledge was particularly helpful. There are lovely walks from the cottage as well as beautiful beaches to discover nearby. The cottage provided all we needed for a very comfortable stay.

Photos and description don’t indicate clearly enough the close proximity of the owners house resulting in a lack of privacy.

We enjoyed our stay at the Smugglers, I could recommend that an ironing board and iron are provided, very good location to the beach and Tenby.

Lovely location with everything at the doorstep...beaches, shops and restaurants ( when they are open). We had one of our best get aways at Smugglers. We will definitely be booking with Smugglers owners again.

Which gave us comfort especially during these hard times of covid! Nice equipped cottage with comfy beds! In a quiet, beautiful location with wonderful walks! A superb welcome gift was waiting on the table in the kitchen! Friendly owners who respect your privacy but are there if needed! Great walks all around and incredible beaches too! Very dog friendly and Oakley our dog enjoyed his stay just as much as we as a family did! A very much needed break was enjoyed by all! Thank you I would highly recommend and would also return back if we chose to visit this side of Wales again!

Would of been useful to have a map for walking when we arrived, were not sure where we could walk to start with, after asking a few locals we were OK

Lovely village location, within walking distance to places to drink and restaurants and a nice little park. Owners very friendly and welcoming, prosecco, milk and welsh cakes were a lovely surprise. The cottage itself was spotless, beds comfy, modern bathroom and bedrooms tastefully decorated. We are in the holiday cottage business ourselves and this place definitely deserves atleast four stars, not three! A wonderful stay, we have already booked for next May. Can't wait to return.

Enjoyed our stay.

The Smugglers is a good base for exploring the stunning coastline. It's great to be able to stroll down the lane and be on the coastal path in minutes. The prosecco and Welsh cakes were a very welcome suprise when we arrived. The property is opposite the owners house which means when you sit outside it is overlooked, however they are careful to keep themselves to themselves.
