“Sorry to say the property was very tired and outdated it really needs a make over as fixture and fittings were very dated the bathroom especially in need of some new fixtures the shower over bath was very poor.”

the kitchen was large but not very functional .as things were spread out to much there was only heating in the sitting room via a gas fire and as the weather was very wet at times you needed radiators on for a while to get the house comfortable. we have stayed in many holiday lettings but sorry to say this was the worst and not worth the money paid.

“Very large house with a good size garden , great value for money, situated well for travel and Narbeth is really nice with some great shops and places to eat.”

The house has lovely towels and bedding and is very well equipped. The owner lives next door, she is very nice and left a homemade cake, biscuits, and starter tea and coffee. We would use this again if visiting this area and would recommend it.

The owner is extremely nice, such a lovely lady. not only we were greeted with a delicious home made cake, but also she gave us another delicious cake on our day of departure and some beautiful cut of flowers as well.

“As advertised.”

The property takes you back in time to vintage G plan era. Plenty of space for 3 adults and child. All necessary facilities provided. Lovely thought of leaving a homemade cake and tea, coffee and milk. Brilliant wi-fi which was important to us. To improve: Musty smell in the dining room behind downstairs cloakroom. Front bedroom bed only a double and a very soft mattress. Downstairs toilet advertised as a cloakroom had no hot water. Overall though we had a brilliant stay and would stay here again.

“Double sockets would be useful but just sufficient for two of us.”

...scrumptious cake freshly made by owner was very appreciated . Great location for touring Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. Would be ideal for a family and was spacious for just two of us. Lovely to have piano to play on...rarely get time at home. Sunny garden for sitting in. Excellent value .

Very lovely property oldy worldly features very comfortable, we had fantastic weather for the whole week beautiful. This property is very close to a lot of lovely places, we would certainly recommend it

“A lovely home from home with great period features and a lovely relaxing outside garden.”

Located in the beautiful village of Narbeth, with plenty of independent shops and restaurants. If you want to explore the area and not use the car there is an excellent bus service a few hundred yards away. A must visit for all to Tenby / St David's / Saundersfoot and Wisemans Bridge and Cardigan just to mention a few, all accessible by bus with beautiful service routes to your destination. A must recommend holiday home. With a very tasty homemade sponge cake.
