4 Llan yr Eglwys is a charming, detached house resting in a peaceful cul-de-sac in Newport, Pembrokeshire.

Pack up your swimming trunks and bathing suits and head straight for the glorious sands of Newport Beach, where you can lie in the sunshine with your favourite book, or take a dip in the sea.

Overlooking the beach is a superb 18-hole championship golf course with impressive sea views, ideal for those keen golfers in your party.

Unleash your inner historian and marvel at the nearby historical landmarks including the iconic neolithic Pentre Ifan Burial Chamber, and Castell Henllys Iron Age Village, a remarkable setting with Iron Age roundhouses settled in 30-acres of parkland.

Next stop is Cardigan, where you can explore the grand 12th-century riverside castle, followed by a wander around the Cardigan Guildhall Market, a traditional market will stalls featuring crafts, jewellery, homemade food and souvenirs.

Be sure to make time to visit the Welsh Wildlife Centre where you can spot the local wildlife, followed by coffee and a slice of cake at the onsite café which offers views over the Teifi Marshes.

Newport is a beautiful coastal town in Pembrokeshire, south west Wales lying on the River Nevern with a selection of shops, pubs, tea rooms, plus an excellent golf course overlooking the sea as well as a lovely sheltered harbour. Newport lies on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path which is renowned worldwide for its unique landscape and wonderful opportunities to go dolphin and seal spotting. Wonderful coastal walks along the path or in the nearby Preseli Hills with the ever changing scenery are a walkers dream all year round. Learn about history when you visit the mills, craft centres and castles dotted around the county or spend a day at the wonderful Castell Henllys Iron Age Fort where you can learn hands on all about living during that time.
