“The property was very tired and shabby and in areas unclean.”

The garden area was unkempt and the inner house needs renovating. I have taken photos of mould in the bath and shower, kitchen cupboard door detached, curled up carpets. This all leads to suspicions about how clean the property was.

The property

Enjoying a peaceful spot within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and in walking distance of the coast path, beach, estuary, Carningli Mountain and the town facilities, this comfortable house is a great holiday home from home.

Newport has a great selection of places to eat, some lovely galleries and a handful of good old fashioned village shops.

The estuary is just a 5 minute walk away and is a great place for bird watchers to spot heron, curlew, lapwing, oyster-catcher, kingfisher and more.

Newport Beach is a lovely stretch of silver sand with cliffs, caves and rock pools and great for walking, sandcastles, sailing, windsurfing and swimming.
