“A clean, comfortable, well equipped property with good quality furniture and appliances.”

Although the bedrooms are quite small the main kitchen/living area is spacious. The view is as amazing as the pictures suggest. The sunny back garden has adequate outdoor seating but the main front balcony lacks any furniture meaning that dining chairs have to be lugged outside.

Our only criticism would be the amount of clutter and rubbish in numerous drawers and cupboards.

“Fantastic views across the bay from Hafan Fach.”

We spent a lot of time watching the changing light and weather and it's effect on the view of the bay. It was peaceful and in a dark skies area close to the centre of Newport, which is a friendly place with good cafes, pubs, galleries and local shops. Hafan Fach was cosier than it seems in the photos - stylish and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Lovely local coastal walks and lots of places of interest to visit. The scenery in this part of Pembrokeshire is wonderful and the cottage/bungalow is the best we have been to.

“We had a wonderful stay to celebrate my 60th birthday.”

The views were absolutely fantastic and I miss them already. The bungalow was superb, modern and well equipped. The area is lovely and we were blessed with the weather so was able to spend time on the beach with our grandchildren. If I really wanted to nitpick, I would say there was a lack of wardrobe space but to be honest, I am not sure where anymore could have been placed. There could also maybe have been some seating at the front of the property to take in those spectacular views. We definitely hope to return here in the future.

“Superb accommodation!”

Very well appointed property with everything that you’d need. Great location on a quiet road but with an easy walk to town in one direction and the sea in the other direction. Very close to the Pembrokeshire coastal path. Oh, and the view? Put it this way…if you spent your whole week with the doors open, a coffee (or a glass of something cold) in your hand, your feet up, gazing at the view, it would be a week well spent!

“The pictures do not do the property justice.”

The views are amazing. The only negative is the curtains. They let in a lot of light and subsequently some members of our party didn’t sleep well. It may be beneficial for additional blackout blinds on the doors/windows. Obviously this is personal preference and it certainly didn’t stop us having a fabulous time. Amazing property.

In the beautiful village of Newport . You can park your car up for the week and everything is in walking distance , beach . Village , pubs, restaurants , coastal path ......... Very comfortable and well equipped . The views from all the rooms are amazing . A super place too unwind and relax . Would 100% return .

The property
