“This cottage needs a good clean, decidedly grubby.”

The rubbish bin in utility was encrusted with dirt, the hobs were dirty, because of this I sprayed all surfaces with antibacterial spray as I was not confident that the rest of the cottage had been cleaned properly. I found coasters under settee so it obviously had not been cleaned under. The shower drain does not drain away properly leaving you standing is water whilst showering. One towel per person for a weeks stay is insufficient, I took my own after reading a review left by a lady on your website in July, I notice this is no longer on your site, I wonder why ?. To be fair the cottage was comfortable apart from that, it’s is well equipped, it might be an idea to put at least one wardrobe or rail and some coat hangers in there, we had to use the backs of chairs and the cot rail to hang clothes. The view from windows is lovely but it’s a shame the windows are filthy. Are the owners aware that the caretakers are doing such a poor job, they either have insufficient time or have no pride in their work,
