The property

Ty Caio is a superb, detached house resting in the glorious location of Newport in Pembrokeshire.

Pour a glass of wine and curl up on the plush sofas in the sitting room, as you select your favourite film on the TV to enjoy with your loved ones.

After the film, head to the fully functioning kitchen where you can show off your culinary skills as your guests open a bottle of fizz and set the table.

Settle down around the dining table to savour the fruits of your labour and discuss plans for the adventures that lie ahead.

Continue the evening out on the enclosed patio, where you can make the most of the warmer weather and enjoy drinks.

Completing the ground-floor is a handy utility room with washing machine, ensuring there is no washing to do once you have returned home and a cloakroom, ideal for quick freshen ups!

As the evening draws to a close, climb the stairs to the first-floor where you can enjoy a refreshing nights embrace in one of two tastefully decorated bedrooms, a king-size and a twin.

Kick-start your day with a refreshing shower before tucking in to an alfresco breakfast outside with your guests.

Take advantage of Ty Caio’s central location, where you have access to two fantastic beaches, both promising a memorable day out for all the family.

As well as the coastal path, there is the River Nevern Wildfowl Conservation Area where you can soak up the beautiful scenery in a peaceful setting as you enjoy a wander along the nature path.

Just outside of the town centre, there is much history to be seen, with the Castell Henllys Iron Age Village just a short drive away, where you can expect Iron Age Roundhouses set in 30 acres of scenic parkland, as well as the nearby stunning Pentre Ifan Burial Chamber - one of Wales' iconic structures.

Next stop is Fishguard where you can tuck-in to fresh fish and chips as you take in the views along Goodwick Sea Wall, hike up to the historic Fishguard Fort with superb views overlooking Fishguard Bay or visit the Sea Trust site of Ocean Lab, where you can see the local marine life and well as learn about marine conservation.

Head to the historic town of Cardigan, where you can wander through the traditional Guildhall Market, pay a visit to the 12th-century Cardigan Castle which is steeped in rich history and offers super views of the Afon Teifi.

Finish off your holiday by visiting the UK's smallest city St David's with it incredible Cathedral.

For an unforgettable getaway to Pembrokeshire, look no further than Ty Caio.
