The property

A hidden gem! 'Sunnyhill' is a detached holiday bungalow situated on Beach Road in the waterside hamlet of Llanreath at Pembroke Dock in Pembrokeshire.

Set in three quarters of an acre of lovely terraced gardens, this delightful south facing property commands fabulous views of the Milford Haven estuary, the 18 hole South Pembrokeshire Golf Course and the local woods.

The Pembrokeshire coast path is only 5 minutes' walk from the doorstep and a small launching slipway is a convenient 2 minute stroll away.

The historic town of Pembroke with its pleasing array of riverside pubs and restaurants as well as the imposing Norman castle is only a five minute car journey.

Many of South Pembrokeshire's best sandy beaches, including Freshwater West and Barafundle Bay are within easy reach.

This is a great base from which to explore south Pembrokeshire and the beautiful coastline and is especially ideal for couples and families wishing to enjoy the great outdoors.

Less able visitors should be aware that there are a flight of steps which lead down to the property.

A medieval walled town, Pembroke is home to a magnificent castle, which was the birthplace of Henry Tudor. In an idyllic location, on the river estuary, this historic town has an abundance of shops, quaint tea rooms and restaurants. The stunning Pembrokeshire coastline is nearby, with its award-winning beaches and great walks along the coastal path. There is a popular cycle route that starts here, taking you through the pretty village of St Florence and then on to Tenby. Bosherton is just 4 miles away, with its beautiful lily ponds and the popular St Govan’s Inn, serving locally-sourced food and fine ales. St Govan’s Chapel is built into the cliff face, where you can take in lovely views from Stack Rocks, or surfers can head to Freshwater West, which featured in one of the Harry Potter films. Within easy reach are Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm, where you can feed molly lambs or enjoy a tractor ride, Manor House Wildlife Park, Dinosaur Experience and Heatherton World of Adventures.
