“Kitchen sink had minimal lukewarm water making dishwashing difficult/futile.”

Broken blinds on front door were disconcerting. Hot tub and swimming pool were nice and as advertised. Maintenance was responsive. Appreciated the daily garbage pickup.

“The property failed to meet our expectations for the following reasons, although we do understand that COVID may has caused problems.”

There were extra parking charges for our additional car of £3 per day which was not mentioned in the property description. The WiFi was stated to be fired in the description but was actually chargeable at £4 per day. As far as the property itself was concerned some maintenance was required as the toilet flush was broken and difficult to flush, one of the blinds was broken at the bottom and although the battery in the smoke alarm was replaced it malfunctioned again the next day. We found the walk to the main reception with a small child quite dangerous on a busy narrow road with no pavement in places

“No wi-fi, TV not working, floors filthy - left socks black on the first day, parking space taken by neighbours and not rectified by staff leaving us with limited options with a small child and living area was very cold.”
