Nestling at the foot of Carningli Mountain, this property has panoramic views of Newport Bay and the north Pembrokeshire coast.

The house is set on a rural hillside amidst peacefully grazing sheep. It is an ideal location for those requiring peace and tranquility, yet wishing to be close to the facilities of the small bustling seaside Town of Newport which has a good selection of eateries, 4 pubs and some lovely individual and traditional shops.

The Coastal Path is about a mile away and offers 186 miles of spectacularly good walking!

Holiday Accommodation

Ground Floor

The entrance hall includes a large cupboard for coats.

The LOUNGE has a stone fireplace with woodburning stove and is fully carpeted throughout. It is furnished with a comfortable three-piece suite and easy chairs, colour 42 inch TV with freeview, Hi-Fi, Blue Ray / DVD player and other items of occasional furniture. There are patio doors opening onto an extensive terraced area with two "Yogi Bear" tables facing the sea.

The OPEN PLAN KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM feature a large dining room table and chairs. The KITCHEN is spacious and light with fully fitted units, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave oven.

The UTILITY ROOM houses an automatic washing machine and plenty of space for beach equipment.

There is a SHOWER ROOM on the ground floor, which contains shower, wash hand basin and WC.

First Floor

The MAIN BATHROOM is on the first floor and contains bath with shower, wash hand basin, shaver socket and WC.

BEDROOM 1 has a double bed and fitted wardrobe and benefits from the breathtaking sea views.

BEDROOM 2 The second bedroom has a double bed and standing wardrobe, chest of drawers - this also has an excellent sea view.

BEDROOM 3 The third bedroom is ideal for children, with two single beds, a set of pine 2'6" bunk beds, ample sets of drawers and a built in wardrobe.

All the beds have duvets and linen is supplied.

The property is surrounded by rural land which is grazed by mountain sheep.
