The KITCHEN has a slate floor and a range of curved oak units with granite worktops and integral appliances: Double oven, microwave, 5 ring induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and wine fridge.
The DINING AREA overlooks the conservation area and has an oak table with 8 chairs.
4 open tread oak stairs lead to the stunning SITTING ROOM with 3 large comfortable sofas, armchair, coffee tables, sideboard, TV with DVD inset into the slate feature fireplace.
A flight of open tread oak stairs with a glazed balustrade lead to the MEZZANINE CHILL OUT ROOM which is furnished with relaxing chairs and has a selection of books and games.
There are 4 Bedrooms on the ground floor.
BEDROOM 1 has a king size bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobes, ottoman, dressing table and an EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM with a suite of curved shower, WC and hand basin.
BEDROOM 2 has a double bed, BEDROOMS 3 and 4 have twin beds.
All the bedrooms have bedside tables, chests and built in wardrobes.All beds are made up with fresh linen.
The FAMILY BATHROOM has a round window and a curved bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC.
There is also a CLOAKROOM with WC and hand basin.
Separate SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle off the utility.
A brick path surrounds the property and there are several patio and gravel areas where the garden tables and chairs may be used to make the most of the sunshine.
There is off road parking for up to 5 cars on the gated driveway.

Heating is included from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £50 per week at all other times - please pay when booking.
