Enjoying a rural location at Princes Gate between Narberth and Amroth, this newly converted barn offers excellent accommodation in Pembrokeshire.

Narberth has a wonderful selection of interesting individual shops, galleries and restaurants.

Amroth has a beautiful beach which is at the southern end of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.

Saundersfoot and Tenby are close-by as are many attractions for all ages.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground Floor

Entrance is into the hallway and through to the very spacious and comfortable open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with a dark wood laminate floor and underfloor heating.

The KITCHEN has a range of fully fitted Shaker style units incorporating dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, electric oven and hob and a microwave oven.

There is a UTILITY ROOM with a washing machine and a tumble dryer

The DINING AREA has a solid oak dining table and 6 chairs.

The SITTING AREA has a wood-burning stove which keeps the whole room warm; it is furnished with two comfortable leather sofas, coffee table chest and a TV with DVD player. There are books, films and games for your use. Patio doors lead from this room to the patio and garden area.

BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, bedside cabinet, dressing table and wardrobe. TV and DVD.

BEDROOM 2 has twin beds,TV with DVD , bedside tables, dressing table and wardrobe.

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of shower-bath, WC and hand basin.

First Floor

A staircase leads from the sitting area to a landing and through to:

BEDROOM 3 which has a king size bed,TV with DVD, bedside tables, dressing table, wardrobe and chair.

En-suite SHOWER ROOM with suite of curved shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

Garden and Parking 

There is a lovely sunny paved patio area with garden furniture and BBQ as well as lawned areas.

The property is bordered by agricultural land and woodland.

There is ample off road parking on the gated drive for 3 cars and a boat.

Other Information

There is underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. Oil and electricity are included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £35 per week October to April, please leave your payment at the property. A basket of logs is supplied for the wood stove, more can be purchased locally.

A cot and highchair can be supplied.

Towels are provided but not for beach use.

All beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
