Enjoying superb views of Cardigan Bay, this very comfortable Nantmawr cottage makes a perfect holiday home from home.

If you enjoy walking, the Ceredigion coastal path can be accessed directly from the farmland.

The beach at Mwnt is within walking distance whilst Poppit, Tresaith, Penbryn, Aberporth, Llangrannog and New Quay are all within easy driving distance.

Cardigan Market Town is just 5 miles away and Aberporth 4. Both have eateries, shops and pubs.

This cottage is perfect for couples or small families.

Holiday Accommodation

Entrance is into the open plan kitchen and sitting room with a slate tiled floor and woodburning stove.

The large KITCHEN area has a range of Shaker style units incorporating electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and a butchers table.

The SITTING room has a woodburning stove for cooler evenings and winter days, it is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, an easy chair, coffee table, chest, TV with DVD player.

A door leads to the rear patio area and a glass door to the DINING ROOM which has floor to ceiling windows affording magnificent panoramic views over Cardigan Bay.  It is furnished with a circular dining table and 4 chairs as well as a SOFA BED for occasional use.

There are two bedrooms.

BEDROOM 1 has a kingsize bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest with mirror and a chair.

BEDROOM 2 has twin antique pine beds (slightly shorter than normal 5ft 10ins), bedside table with lamp, wardrobe and mirror. All the beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

The SHOWER ROOM has a modern suite of extra-large walk in shower, WC and hand basin.

There is a UTILITY AREA with washing machine.

Garden & Parking

There are two patios enabling you to enjoy the morning and evening sun.

Both patios have garden furniture.

A BBQ is provided.

There is direct access to the coastal path across the field.

Parking for two cars and a boat next to the property.

Other Information

There is oil central heating throughout and if required is charged for at a flat rate of £35 per week (pay at property please)

In Winter months, a basket of logs is provided for the wood stove, more are available at reasonable cost.

A travel cot, highchair and baby bath are available.

Towels are included in the rental but not for beach use, please bring your own beach towels.

WiFi enabled.

Strictly no pets.

No smoking.

This property does not accept short breaks.
