This very attractive and comfortable large detached family home has superb sea views and stands in an acre of private grounds in north Pembrokeshire.

It is just a short walk from The Parrog, with its beach, estuary, boat club and restaurant.

You can join the 186 mile long Pembrokeshire coastal path or catch the Poppit Rocket (coastal walker's bus) if you wish to explore more.

Newport is less than a mile away and has an excellent selection of restaurants, pubs and traditional shops providing just about all you need. It also boasts a lovely links golf course, beautiful sandy beach and a bird sanctuary in the estuary.

All the main rooms have sea views.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground Floor.

Entrance is into a hallway and through to the spacious kitchen and dining area with snug which leads to the sitting room and en-suite bedroom beyond.

There are sea views from all of these rooms and three French doors spanning the length of the building and leading to the garden.

The KITCHEN has a good range of limed oak units, gas hob, electric double oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and fridge.

The UTILITY ROOM has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and space for drying wetsuits.

The DINING AREA has a dining table with 8 chairs.

The adjacent SNUG has a gas fire, two seater sofa, armchairs, occasional furniture, TV with DVD player and a good selection of books and games.

The large SITTING ROOM has a wood burning stove and is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, armchair, 2 pouffes, coffee tables, attractive items of antique furniture and a TV with DVD.

BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, bedside tables, chest and dressing table and an EN-SUITE BATHROOM with bath and hand held shower, WC, bidet and hand basin.

There is also a SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin on the ground floor.

Ten slightly steeper than normal stairs lead to theFirst floor.

BEDROOM 2 has a sea view, double bed, bedside tables, chest, dressing table and built in wardrobe.

BEDROOM 3 has a double aspect sea view, twin 2'.6" beds, bedside table, dressing table, chest and built in wardrobe.

BEDROOM 4 has bunk beds (3'), chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of bath with hand held shower, WC and hand basin.

Garden and Parking

The house sits in about an acre of lawns bordered with shrubs and trees and enjoying stunning sea and estuary views.

The gardens are large enough for a game of rounders and there are two picnic tables on the patio just outside the French doors.

There is parking space for 4 cars and a boat on the gated drive.

Other Information

There is full gas central heating throughout the property. Fuel is charged at the rate of £35 a week from May to September and £70 per week October to April. The owner or representative will collect payment at the property. One basket of logs is provided for the stove, more are available locally.

WiFi enabled.

A travel cot, standard cot, highchair and stairgate are available.

Towels may be hired at £5 per guest.

Up to two well behaved pets are welcome.

This property does not accept short breaks.
