This very attractive family house is situated in the heart of Newport/Trefdraeth which has everything you might need or want for an excellent holiday - Parrog beach, the Nevern estuary, Carningli Mountain, the Pembrokeshire coastal path and plenty of welcoming pubs, a selection of restaurants, galleries and interesting, independent shops.

Just 5 minutes' walk from the house is the iron bridge - perfect for spotting a variety of sea and wading birds and a little further around there is Traethmawr (big beach) which has silver sands and is backed by an 18 hole links golf course.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground floor.

Entrance is into the hallway and through to the SITTING ROOM which has a slate floor, open fire and is furnished with two large sofas, a cuddle chair, desk/side table with chair, TV with DVD player, occasional tables and some nice original artwork.

A sliding glazed door leads to the sunny CONSERVATORY which has cane chairs and a breakfast table with 2 chairs. Two glazed doors lead to the sheltered sun trap patio.

The DINING ROOM has a large refectory dining table with 8 chairs and a shelf unit with a range of interesting crockery and pretty things.

The spacious double aspect KITCHEN has fitted units and a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

There is a second fridge and a tumble dryer in the GARAGE which also has space for storing bikes, surfboards, wetsuits and walking gear.

There is a downstairs CLOAKROOM with WC and hand basin.

Upstairs

BEDROOM 1 is approached by three descending carpeted steps and has a double bed, bedside table, chest, chair and wardrobe. 

BEDROOM 2 also has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest with mirror.

BEDROOM 3 has 3 single beds, bedside tables, chest and ladder hanging space.

BEDROOM 4 has a single bed, bedside table with lamp and mirror and limited storage.

The SHOWER ROOM has a curved shower cubicle, WC and hand basin with illuminated cabinet.

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of bath with electric shower over, WC and hand basin.

All beds have duvets and are made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

Garden and Parking

There is a lovely terraced garden with two sets of wide steps to the rear leading to two lawned areas bordered by mature shrubs and trees.

The very large patio area is approached by the back door and from the conservatory.

There is a circular picnic table as well as a few extra chairs to move about the garden.

A season ticket will be available for the car park.  You may park outside the house to unload.

Other Information

There is full gas central heating throughout the property, this is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £35 a week at all other times (pay when booking please).

A complimentary basket of logs are provided for your arrival and more can be purchased locally.

A travel cot and highchair are available (stored in the garage).

Towels are available to hire £5 per guest.

WiFi enabled.

No smoking.

Up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome.
