There are several shops, restaurants and pubs in the colourful Georgian town of Aberaeron which is situated between Cardigan and Aberystwyth.
New Quay, Aberporth, Tresaith, Llangrannog and Penbryn beaches are all within half an hour's drive and the coastal path is at the end of the lane.
Entrance via a wide ramp, is into a delightful ORANGERY/ATRIUM with a stunning high partially glazed ceiling, two glazed walls, limestone floor and furnished with an attractive conservatory dining table and 6 chairs as well as comfortable rattan seating.
The open plan KITCHEN/DINING ROOM has a range of lovely curved modern units with a granite worktop and fitted appliances including cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. There is a breakfast bar as well as a dining table and 6 chairs.
The SITTING ROOM has views to the sea and has an electric fire for cooler evenings. It is furnished with an antique Welsh dresser, three 2 seater sofas (one of which reclines), an armchair, coffee table, desk and a TV with DVD player. There are 3 bedrooms.
BEDROOM 1 has a king size bed with memory foam mattress, bedside tables, dressing table, wardrobe and easy chair.
BEDROOM 2 has a sea view and is furnished with two single beds, bedside table, dressing table with stool and fitted wardrobes.
BEDROOM 3 has twin beds, bedside table, antique chest of drawers and wardrobe and a sea view. All the beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
There is a CLOAKROOM with WC and hand basin.
The SHOWER ROOM has a suite of shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of bath with electric shower over and hand basin. Towels are included in the rental (not for the beach).
A large lawned garden surrounds the bungalow and there is a patio area where you can enjoy an al fresco meal. A garden table and 6 chairs are provided. A further lawn has sea views and is to the side of the private drive. The garden is not dog proof, however there is a metal post (washing line in concrete) you where you can tether your dog on a long leash. The Coastal Path is at the bottom of the drive.
The school field/green adjoins the back garden.
There is private parking for several cars and a boat should you wish.
There is also a PLAY ROOM/UTILITY ROOM with a small pool table for guests use, a washing machine and ample storage space for surf boards, bikes etc. There is a permanent ramp for wheelchair access.
There is under floor electric heating throughout the property. This is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £55 per week at all other times. Please pay at the time of booking.
A highchair is available. No cot provided.
