Newport has a good range of facilities to offer the discerning holiday maker including several pubs, restaurants, craft and antique shops, general store, two beaches, 18 hole links golf course and Carningli Mountain to shelter at the foot of.

The lovely light and airy open plan KITCHEN/DINING AND LIVING ROOM spans almost the entire length of the building and has a contemporary wood burning stove, laminate floor and sliding glass doors to the decked area.
The KITCHEN area has fitted cream Shaker units with integral dishwasher, electric fan oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and microwave oven.
The DINING area has a dining table and 6 chairs.
The SITTING AREA has two large leather sofas, coffee tables, TV with DVD player (with large selection of DVDs) and a sideboard. A sliding glass door leads from the living room to the DECKING.
There are 3 bedrooms all with garden views.
BEDROOMS 1 and 2 have king size beds, bedside tables, chests of drawers and triple sized wardrobes.
BEDROOM 3 has twin beds, bedside tables and a chest of drawers and double wardrobe. Beds will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
There is a FAMILY BATHROOM with a white suite of bath, WC and hand basin.
The SHOWER ROOM has a shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
There is an integral GARAGE with ample storage space for bikes, wet suits, dogs etc. It also contains the combi-boiler, washing machine and clothes airer.
There is a lovely large enclosed lawn with a natural hedge giving maximum privacy.
The DECKED area with balustrade is generously furnished with a comfy rattan sofa and chairs, coffee table, 2 huge outdoor beanbags and a glass topped dining table with 6 chairs.
There is also a charcoal barbecue which must be used with due care.
There is parking on the drive for two cars and storage for a boat on the lawn if required.
Strictly no babies or children under 4.
There is gas central heating throughout this is included from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £35 per week at all other times - payable when booking. One basket of logs is provided for the wood burning stove, more can be purchased locally.
Towels can be hired at £5 per guest (not for beach use).
Up to 2 dogs are welcome (no puppies).
Wifi enabled, limited to 1Gb of data per week or a charge will be incurred.
No smoking in the property or in the grounds.
