The picturesque village overlooks two lovely sandy beaches; perfect for bathing and with rock pools exposed at low tide. There are stunning cliff top walks along the Ceredigion Coast with lovely views affording the opportunity to spot the resident Cardigan Bay dolphins. Tresaith beach with its water fall and welcoming pub is a nice half hour walk along the coast path.
The colourful seaside towns of New Quay and Cardigan are both close-by and Aberaeron and Aberystwyth are a little further up the coast. There are sea views over the rooftops from most of the rooms.
There is a Front door reached by steps with balustrade into the hall, but the usual entrance through the side door into the small KITCHEN which has a basic range of cupboards, wall heater, electric cooker with eye level grill, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, small dishwasher, washing machine and small tumble dryer.
The DINING ROOM has a pleasant outlook to the garden and onwards to the sea over the rooftops. It has a fireplace with electric fire, dresser, wall and corner cupboards and is furnished with a round dining table and 6 chairs. TV, DVD player and telephone.
The SITTING ROOM is L shaped, with 2 windows with different views, and is furnished with a 2 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and 2 tub chairs and there is an electric fire, wall mounted TV, DVD player, occasional tables, bookcase and cupboard with games.
There is a SUN ROOM/ CONSERVATORY overlooking the garden, it is furnished with a breakfast table and 6 chairs. There is a balustrade and steps leading down to the lawn.
There are 3 BEDROOMS; all are furnished with 2 single beds, bedside tables, lamps, and drawer space either in a dressing table or chests and clothes hanging space.
Two steps lead from the sitting room down to BEDROOM 1 which has an en-suite cloakroom with WC and basin.
BEDROOMS 2 and 3 are approached via a steep and narrow staircase with balustrade from the kitchen and have views to the sea and beach. Access to bedroom 3 is via bedroom 2.
The FAMILY BATHROOM has a suite of bath with shower over, WC, bidet and hand basin, wall heater and airing cupboard.
There is a lovely sloped lawned garden to the front and back of the property with mature fruit trees a garden seat and a picnic table and chairs.
There is private off road parking space for up to 2 cars at the property.
There is a combination of night storage and portable electric heaters throughout the property.
Hot water is by immersion heater.
Electricity is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £25 a week at all other times.
A stairgate is provided.
Towels can be hired at £5 per guest.
Up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome.
There is a telephone in the property which connects with landlines in the UK only.
This property does not accept short breaks.
