Parrog beach, shops, restaurants and pubs are all within an easy 10 minute walk. Newport Sands is a 3 mile drive or a pleasant half hour walk. There is an excellent 18 hole golf course overlooking the beach and wonderful walks on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.
If you are bringing a dog with you on holiday, Parrog beach is dog friendly as is the coastal path and the many other walks available around Newport.
All the rooms enjoy superb sea views and the house is set out with upside down living to make the most of the stunning seascape. Entrance is into the hallway with tiled flooring.

At the rear of the house is a fabulous sun room with floor to ceiling glass affording views of Newport Bay.
The room is furnished with comfortable seating, TV and occasional furniture with a door leading into the garden.
There are three ground floor bedrooms; all have glass doors leading to the large enclosed patio area.
BEDROOM 1has a king size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The EN-SUITE has a walk in shower, WC and hand basin.
BEDROOM 2 has a king size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and dressing table.
BEDROOM 3 has twin beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and an EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM with WC and hand basin.
The FAMILY BATHROOM has a large walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.
There is also a downstairs UTILTY/KITCHENETTE with washing machine, drier, sink, kettle and fridge. A door leads to the side entrance.
Stairs lead from the hallway to an L-shaped OPEN PLAN KITCHEN/DINING AND SITTING ROOM with sloped ceilings and a wooden floor.
At the one end of the room there is a huge glass triangular window, affording fabulous views out over the bay, with comfortable seating and occasional furniture.
The KITCHEN area has a range of fitted units, electric cooker, 2 fridges (one with a freezer box) and a microwave oven.
The DINING AREA has a large table and chairs.
Glass doors lead from the kitchen area onto a glazed balcony which provides a fabulous place to sit and enjoy an al-fresco breakfast or to watch the sunset at the end of the day.
There is a very ATTRACTIVE ENCLOSED PATIO GARDEN to the rear of the property with magnificent sea views over the pony paddock.
The patio area has a built in BBQ and garden furniture. There is also an outside tap to hose down dogs/surfboards.
There is a single GARAGE with end to end parking or space for storing bikes/surfboards etc.
There is roadside (tight) parking for one car at the side of the road. A door leads from the rear of the garage to the garden.
There is underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. Heating is included from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £35 per week at all other times. Please leave your fuel payment in the envelope provided at the property.
A Travel cot and highchair are supplied.
Duvets and fresh bed linen provided.
Towels are available to hire - £5 per guest (not for beach use).
Up to one well behaved pet are welcome (guests must bring own bed/basket and no pets allowed in bedrooms or on furniture)
