Llanon is a delightful coastal village situated between Aberaeron (5.5 miles) and Aberystwyth (11.5 miles) in Ceredigion.

There is plenty to do whilst on holiday in the area with the Ceredigion Heritage Coastal path literally passing the front door.

This detached stone and slate holiday cottage is situated in the quiet village of Llansantffraed about 200 yards from the sea. In Llanon, about 500yds away, are a shop, restaurant, fish & chip shop and a pub.

Aberaeron Georgian town is a harlequin of attractive houses with a wonderful harbour where you can watch fishermen landing their catch.

You may be lucky enough to spot the resident Cardigan Bay dolphins.

Holiday Accommodation

The cottage has been carefully renovated and offers very comfortable accommodation.

Entrance is into a small lobby with coat and walking boot storage.

A door leads to the light and airy L-shaped KITCHEN, SITTING AND DINING ROOM which overlooks the garden and patio.

The kitchen has a range of fitted units incorporating an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave.

The dining area is furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs.

The sitting area has an electric (stove effect) fire, three seater and a two seater sofas, bookshelf, coffee table, nest of tables, TV and a DVD player with a small selection of DVDs.

French doors lead to the patio.

There are two bedrooms.

BEDROOM 1 has a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

BEDROOM 2 has two 2'6" children's beds with storage space underneath, a bedside table, shelves and hanging space.

Bed linen is provided for all the beds.

The BATHROOM has a modern suite of bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.

Garden and Parking

There is a delightful cottage garden to the side of the cottage with a lawn area, and mature trees and shrubs as well as a rockery.

A garden table and chairs and rattan sofa are provided for the patio.

There is parking space for two cars outside the cottage

Other Information

There is electric night store heating throughout the cottage and hot water is heated on demand.

Fuel is charged at £35 between October and April and is included at other times. Please pay at time of booking.

A highchair is supplied but no cot as there is no space for it.

Towels are included in the rental.

No pets.

This property does not accept short breaks.
